The above is an “overview & general
idea” and you should always refer to your
TOUR ITINERARY INCLUSIONS which is specifically
for your tour plan.
PRICE
DOES NOT INCLUDE:
International airport taxes, entrance fees to
monuments and parks (if not mentioned otherwise
in your tour itinerary), camera charges at monuments
and national parks, any items of a personal nature,
additional expenses resulting from the delay or
extension of a trip due to weather, flight cancellations,
political disputes, sickness or other causes beyond
our reasonable control. Lunches and dinners are
usually not included in the tours. (At some places
like the National parks or remote areas the same
is included)
SPECIAL
REQUESTS
Specific requests such as adjacent or connecting
rooms, bedding request, smoking or non smoking
rooms and special dietary needs should be advised
at time of booking. Please note that every effort
will be made to secure your special request; however,
they cannot be guaranteed.
IMMEDIATE
OCCUPANCY
On program where immediate check-in has not been
included in the program price, Company does request
that hotels do their utmost to facilitate this
service; however it is not guaranteed. Most hotels
allow check-in to take place during the mid-afternoon.
Should you wish to have your room ready for immediate
check-in on arrival, Company can arrange this
for an additional charges. Please ask for details
and prices.
AIR TRANSPORTATION
International airfares are usually not included
in the tour price. Please ask your tour consultant
for airfares quotes if you so require. Local airfare
when shown separately is separate and not part
of the tour cost. All international and local
airfares are subject to change and can attract
penalties and surcharges until final payment has
been received by us. We will not be in position
to confirm air reservations until a passport copy
is received for each traveller. These programs
may use the services of any IATA Airline. International
carriers are subject to international air conventions
limiting their liability. The limitations of liability
are contained on the reverse side of the airlines
ticket or e-ticket received, or on the carrier’s
website and form part of the terms and condition
of this package. The passage contract in use by
these companies, when issued, shall constitute
the sole contract between the companies and the
purchaser of these travel programs and / or passage.
COSTS
Costs are based on double occupancy or single
occupancy as may be the case and in most cases
on per person basis. At times for small families
we do offer “family prices” and whatever
will be the case is always clearly mentioned at
the end of the tour plan where pricing is mentioned.
If you are traveling alone, a single supplement
fee or a single occupancy tour price will be applicable.
Quotations
and Payments
Tour quotations are mostly in USD (US$). Since
our contracts and prices are based on that currency.
They include planning, handling and operational
charges, and are based on the current rate of
exchange and tariffs. These are subject to change
depending on international currency fluctuation,
fuel surcharges, and/or inflation by the time
one confirms the tour. However once a tour price
is finalized and tour confirmed there is no change
in prices. We are under no obligation to give breakdown
costs involved in any program.
Deposits/Booking
For all tours there is a minimum deposit of 25%
of the total tour cost at the time of the booking
, however 100% of the balance is payable before
30 days of the tour starting date.
PAYMENTS
All payments are to be SWIFT TRANSFERS or MASTER
/ VISA / AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD payments (refer
payment methods document for the formats for each
method) and all payments after arrival in India
(if any) could be also by cash and Travellers’
Cheques in addition to the methods mentioned above
excepting bank transfer.
CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS
All cancellations should always be sent by email
and kindly also fax a copy of the letter to avoid
any date disputes later. Cancelling the tour anytime
within 30 days prior to commencement of the tour
will result in forfeiture of 100% of the tour
price excluding airfare.
Cancellation at any other time before that time
period would attract a minimum charge of 250US$
per person or 25% of the tour value whichever
is higher (Adults and children). In case of luxury
train tours and cruises, package airfares, etc.
the cancellation policy of the Railway Authorities
or concerned departments / companies / airlines
will apply.
You also confirm that in the case of no deposit
being made for a confirmed tour and / or balance
not paid before 30 days of the tour commencement
(for whatever reasons like the special arrangement
could be credit card guarantee, etc.) that gets
cancelled, the above will still apply and you
would send us the cancellation charges on good
trust or the credit card guarantee will be charged.
Changes in Tour Plan: India is a vast, diverse
and intense country. At times there are situations
where flights and trains get cancelled / delayed
/ rescheduled due to bad weather and or other
problems like local unrest, strikes, natural calamities,
etc. Under such conditions we always try to advice
on the best route possible and we even consult
you. It is to be noted that though we try our
best we do not commit any refunds whatsoever for
unutilized services due to unforeseeable reasons
like this. If for whatever reasons the guest (read
client) changes the tour plan while on the tour
no refunds or adjustments are possible in most
cases. Yes, we do try our best in these cases
also and most of the cases if we have not paid
for the services already do adjust the same too
but in lot of cases this becomes impossible –
so please bear with us. At the same time if because
of any of the reasons mentioned above we need
to buy fresh air tickets and book hotels or make
any arrangements the same will be charged as applicable
and payable by the traveller.
If by any chance the traveller changes the tour
plan while traveling then we would be charging
for all new services and hotels as per the changed
plan. We will try to adjust the pre-paid part
being changed with the new part but again we do
not commit the same since most of the services
will be pre paid for to the suppliers like the
hotels, transporter, guide, etc.
PASSPORTS
AND VISAS
Valid passports are required for travel to the
destinations in this brochure. Check with your
travel agent or company for the latest visa requirements.

blank pages for visas and immigrations stamps.
Company cannot be held responsible should you
be denied entry to a country due to non-compliance
with these requirements. A copy of your valid
passport must be submitted to Company in order
to confirm air reservations.

FOOTNOTE
Booking a tour with us suggests that all of us
understand and accept the above. This document
has been well researched and most of the inputs
have come from our past guests and even the language
and final editing has been done by some of our
good friends who traveled with us as clients from
all over the world. Still if the language is too
harsh or the conditions at times seem biased and
in favor of the company kindly accept our apologies
for the same as it is unintended. At the same
time the hotels, flights, trains, etc. have stringent
cancellation rules that we need to follow to be
in business with them and maintain a sound track
record. We always try to be very fair and are
known for our “Service First” &
“At Your Service” attitude.
